Ans- Since, Amazon also depends upon it's supply chain partners for it's promised delivery. Due to several reasons like slow economic growth, any pandemic ( in current COVID - 19 ) etc it's supply chain affected, when supply chain players are affected then Amazon will also.

Amazon provides value to it's customers by making available things at single click, by providing array of products displayed on its website, ensuring timely delivery of products, and high level of commitment to customers. In it's mission statement Amazon accept that it has customer obsession not competitiors focused. All these create value for the customers. Apart from providing value to it's customers Amazon provides value to it's employees too for e.g. in last month Amazon raised its efforts to help it's employees by raising it's US warehouse worker's pay by $2 per hour, it make double overtime rate, and in current pandemic COVID-19 it allowed two weeks paid sick leave to the employees who are quarantine. By providing proper training and retraining Amazon empower it's employees, that contribute in their professional development. Amazon provides several fringe benefits to it's star performers, which boost it's employees motivation and create value.
