1.Beak-changing the shape and size of the beak in course of time depending on availability of food which means the ones which feed mostly on seeds have short,thick beak and the ones which feed on meat have curvy,sharp beak

2.Spines- spines on the surface of the body of animal is of great help in protecting animals from predators(enemies)which protect them from danger

Behavioural adaptations:

3.Singing songs-courtships songs which attract the opposite gender and help in attracting mates for reproduction to increase their number

4.Migration- moving from one place to another within Cape Cod, Massachusetts help them to survive the harsh climatic conditions which change

5.Camouflage-changing color of the animal with respect to the surroundings help in disguising the animal which in turn protects them from predators therby enhancing their survival rate and helping them not to reduce their population
