Knowlege processes can be regarded as the process of acquring, capturing and analysing the knowlege gained from various sources all together. The knowledge gained can be used to make further important decisions in the management and the operational sustainability for the organisation. Considering an example of a business process let's change the introduction of a new change in the organisation. An organisation working on producing various books and e-learning services wants to develop a new service based application which would have the same basis of the book. For this, the organisation would use various methods to gain data and information from the customer. By doing the questionnaires, surveys and the research methods the customer market would be analysed and thus, the data would be generated regarding what people want for their children and how the organisation could anticipate with the change.

The information is thoroughly studied and converted into knowledge. Let's say the people of New York want their children to have a personalised affect on the service applications, on the other hand people of California want their children to draw and learn at the same time with the application. All of the data and information is converted into knowlege processes and thus this knowledge would further help in implementing the changes undertaken by the organisation to develop certain idealistic approach regarding the operational efficiency of the technology and the change happening.

Thus, the knowledge gathered around from the market is optimally channelised and used to take a decision regarding the development of *Avatar* in the service application of elearning. By this approach, small children could feel personalised as they create their own Avatar and also that Avatar would become the superhero to help them narrate with the storyline and thus make the learning in a more personalised and better manner.
