The point of the story is that we have to be alert to changes in the cheese, and be prepared to go running off in search of new sources of cheese when the cheese we have is no longer available.

One of the most important things that happen in everyone’s life is change. It happens almost in every stage of one’s development which has the power to change the entire course of one’s life. The important thing about change is that only those who cope with change will survive and progress and others who do not like or adopt to change will perish and die. Even the dinosaurs that were once considered as mighty creatures couldn’t survive the climate change. There are changes in family, society, politics, finance, employment etc. One of the most important changes happens in the educational sector because educational sector makes people for tomorrow. As a facilitator or trainer or teacher one needs to accept and adopt to the changes and challenges that comes along in the educational industry because the students change in each batch, their intellectual capabilities differ, the technology changes, the methodology and delivery changes etc. So, only if a teacher accommodates all these changes and update to the trend, the classroom will be more effective and the results will be fruitful.
