suppose you are an advisor of the Ministry of Education in Andhra Pradesh India.
The state government, dealing with low learning achievements in primary schools and wanting to do something about it,
is deciding whether to purchase a large quantity of cheap tablet computers for distribution in rural schools, and seeks your recommendation.
Are there other programs that should be considered before tablets?
Or that should be considered as a complement to the One Laptop per Child (OLPC) program?
give an answer with two bullet points(briefly 50-70 words for each) and the table (about problems and solutions from other programs)
If we talk about the education system of india there are various problems in it. If the Andhra Pradesh government is planning to distribute the computers or laptops in the primary schools, before providing the computers or tablet facilities to the children it is essential to maintain the school buildings well. In india there is lackness of furniture and and school buildings are poor quality. The students does not feel comfort and the accomodation provided by the government is not attractive and is unwanted for students. The most children withdraw the school in primary stage. Second problem is that government is not invest the enough funds to improve the qualitive education, there is lackness if inspection teams, lackness of training of teachers to train teachers for giving quality education to the children. There are also other similar problems.
The Andhra Pradesh government should frist solve the basic problems after that the ministry of education should provide the computers to the children. The government should not provide cheap tablets, the government should provide minimum 1 tablet to 4 7 children but tablets should b rich in quality. Because there is big population in the state and its impossible for the ministry of education to provide one tablet to each child.
