Ans:-) Yes there are so many standards followed in our hospital for example standards of providing care to the patient standards of hand hygiene etc all these standards are set by our hospital and JCI

Ans:-) Confidentiality policy means not to share clients information with any one not with a staff not with family except client because he has the right to know how where why what procedure what treatment and what medicine we are going to perform.

Ans:-) Every client has a bar code with his name and specific Dr's and nurses who are involved in giving care to the client are able to assess that patient's information in a electronic file.

Ans:-) There are so many quality assurance check that are done in our hospital for example clabsi cauti checklist ventilator bundle vip scoring that everyone has to do in their shifts.

All the data recorded is shown to the team leader and the ans:-) doctor in each and every shift According to example After gathering the data we first have to report our team leader and use proper personal protection equivpments then the team leader will inform to consern doctor

ans:- If a patient is positive with HIv or HCV then we will mention this thing in the alert column of the chart . We will gather information from the patient how he got that particular disease and last blood transfusion he got so that other family members can be saved from the exposure of disease.
