I would like to share two of such tools being provided by QuickBooks to maximize your efficiency:

1. BOOKS TO TAX

This function automatically translates your clients accounts into the required Tax Form for free. Further, you can generate and file tax return also.

You just need to select the type of business entity and continue the steps on screen. You will get the accounts mapped with required Tax returns.

2.RECLASSIFY TRANSACTIONS

Sometimes you may enter a wrong description or wrong account while recording a transaction. This error may require correction which can be easily done using this tool.

As many accounts can be reclassified and given correct description.
