  1. What are the key characteristics of a digital business strategy model?
  2. Evaluate the range of restructuring options for an existing ‘bricks-and-mortar’ organization to move to ‘bricks-and-clicks’ or ‘clicks-only’ contributing a higher online revenue.

1. Digital business strategy model key characteristics:

  • Analysis of internal and external environments on a continual basis is required. The in-depth analysis would give insights into the possible potential changes in the environments.
  • Vision and objective requirements and analysis. The strategy to be developed has to be in line with the company vision and mission objectives.
  • Formulation and selection of most relevant channels suitable for the different business channels and stakeholders. The channels must be formulated in accordance with the requirement of the business line with the ease of usability amongst the different and relevant stakeholders.
  • Development and implementation of the strategy.
  • Achieve Control by monitoring the activities and adjust the strategy for any changes. The strategy must be dynamic in response to any changes in the environment.
