The person Blum has proposed four vital points for good health and well being of people which are called as force fields those are

  • Environment

Every human being by birth highly influences by the environment surrounded and this environment effects health and well being of people. Depends upon the area the person health can be decided. there is large difference in human immune system among living in polluted and non polluted areas.

Also the family environment as family culture and structure influences the person physical and mental health condition as we can see the childrens are more active if their family is big with mom dad and grand parents rather than singled parented children.

Environmental risks like radiation, exposing to chemical substances, spreading of dieseas shows great effect on health , in general people with high education and income may not effect by this environmental risks.

Lifestyle

Lifestyle of a person has direct link to that person health system. if we see that the people who are committed to healthy diet and regular exercises are looks fit and stay healthy for long time even at the age 80's they are active compared to the people with no exercise and uncontrolled food habituated people.

Lifestyle cannot be stick to individual it is common for group of people at some times.As depending on the geographical areas , economical situations , cultures , habits and characteristics of particular religions.

Because of some habits as alcohol drinking , smoking , drugs causing extreme diseases and highly influencing the health condition of people.

  • Heredity

Every individuals have their own style of behaviour and personality and this difference is mainly due to the influence of heredity or the genetic system.

And there is are less ways to reduce the diseases from heredity.Because of certain biological factors health issue is more matters at the situation of heredity.

Only the lifestyle , behaviour and proper medical treatment can reduce the effect of heredity on health system of people.

  • Medical Care

Pre medical care gives excellent results in prevention of many diseases as frequent checkup's reduces the risk of increasing the disease.

Post medical care is important to not extend the disease any more.Medical care also includes the money saving for medical benefilts as medical insurances.Medical care also differs among the economical positions of the people.

Coming to ethical dilemma in related to health perspectives as the name itself contain a word dilemma which there will be dilemma in choosing one among two or more options to treat the pateint morally.

Ethical issue is a big problem to solve as if we see for instance

Cancer patient

Some of the cancer treatments cannot reduce the disease but they work out on it and supply medicine and treats continuously which is a dilemma for total world of doctors.

Blind trust on doctor

We can see few doctors only gives less medication and medical tests as compared to many doctors simply writes many tests to check out the disease , here the patient drops into a big dilemma of following the instructions of a doctors.

This dilemma is facing by many people at current days.
