Thoughts would be positive or nagetive.Every thought releases some type of chemical. When pleasent thoughts are produced, when you’re feeling happy, or optimistic, cortisol decreases and the brain produces serotonin, creating a feeling of well-being. When serotonin levels are normal, one feels pleasent, calmer, less anxious, more focused and more emotionally stable . Dopamine is also a neurotransmitter that helps control the brain’s reward system and pleasure center.

Dopamine is an organic compound of catecholamine and phenethylamine families.It acts as a neurotransmitter , which released by neurones (nerve cells) to send signals to other nerve cells..

Serotonin is one of the neurotransmitter which present in brain , it helps regulate the movement of the digestive system.

Both dopamine and serotonin act as a massenger between neurons and affect mood and concentration, they have some other distinct functions too.

Dopamine relays signals between neurons that control body movements and coordination ,mood. Like dopamine, serotonin can also influence people’s moods and emotions, but it helps regulate digestive functions such as appetite, metabolism, and gut motility.
