1)Empowerment of people for education- Walmart should work on education in the area of operation with collaboration of department of education and donate certain books ,pencils ,erasers ,tiffin box to student of rural area .this will reduce discontentment in farmers and local small shop operator s

2)Poverty elevation - Walmart should work on poverty reduction by supporting below poverty line people and tribal people

3) women empowerment - Walmart should work on empowerment of women and protecting gender specific violence in African nations .

Incorporation of skills and giving opportunity to work side by side with male counterpart will help both the sections Walmart and female employee s

4)Reducing infant mortality rate - Walmart should work with nearby hospitals and department of health to protect infant dying from disease .
