I have selected and researched on Johnson & Johnson Company.
1)
Every year they publish a report based on The philanthropic activities they do. " Our Global Giving " is the name they have given to the report. They focus on long term life-changing, human health. They prioritize women's and children's health. They provide innovative access to global diseases.
These activities help in achieving both organizational and social benefits. They are handling global problems and are providing helping hand to others. Also, this would help them to be a recognizable entity more than a manufacturer of medicines.

The drawback of this philanthropy is:-
There is no doubt that all these philanthropy are creating a robust brand image, thus all these efforts don't go in vain. Also, there are no threats that cover the benefits due to all these strategies. Something is better than nothing. Anyway, they help make several lives better.

They are giving patient-centered products, which is an example of how its products link to social concern. They are providing sufficient products to the patients, as per their needs. They are concerned with the well being of the people.
By analyzing the various characteristics of its product range, we could say that the entity is well established and is effective and efficient enough to compete in the market.
