Think about Covid-19. How would you go about selecting or developing resource materials and using them in a presentation to a group of health professionals?

1. For the proper selection of the material needed for a study we need to

• identify the design requirement - includes the all requirement that a design needs. it may be performance, reliability, costs, government regulations. By collecting the requirement we can make a better plan and act accordingly
• identify the material selection criteria - It is the selection and isolation of the specific requirement that is found important in the first step
• identify the candidate material - here the requirement that is found the most apt and suitable is scrutinized based on the positives and negatives
• evaluate candidate material - evaluation is done to check that whether candidate material fully satisfy what is intended
• select material- the most appropriate one is selected which will meet all the requirement and at a reduced cost

Tips for proper presentation

• Planning - PLanning is the very important step. It includes planning of the cost, resources used, arrangements, oraganization of the presentation. Planning should be in such a way that it should be time bound, cost effective and more over informative to the public
• building slide- the slides should be made more attractive and readable so that it paves the way for a succesful presentation. The people can understand them easily. It didnot drive the attention of audience away from the topic
• Presentation - in a simple manner. should be well explained with clear and understandable language. Clarify the doubt in between the session as much as possible. Also encourage audience particippation for the same.
