The employee may also face the case of negligence due to insufficient paperwork and not keeping all the job documents under his custody safe and stable.

Personal anecdote notice files of a manager could have a negative impact in a legal action as such a file could have something written about some colleague or employees that might not be a good thing to be presented in court which may result in negative influence which weaken the case because of such proof in court.
