Do you consider any of the three constraints (time, scope and cost) more difficult to manage? Why or why not?
Something that imposes restriction, and prevent something from being occur is called constraint. Limit are set for particular activity or task is know as constraint. To manage a project or certain activity the three constraint are very important such as time, scope and cost. They are called management triangle of any project.
Cost is refers to project budget which is set earlier by the person who is going to start project.
Scope the task for which project is started should be get achieved.
Time needed to complete the project or task.
If a person is the manager of certain XYZ company then he should follow this three constraint to achieve the success and fulfil the organizational goal.
I don't think it is diificult to manage the three constraint. The only thing a person should be focused is the management and team work. Proper management will lead to follow all the three constraint and achieving the goal of the project easily. Basically it is a boundry that is set before hand and we have to wrok in this boundry only.
The importance or features of three constraint as follow-
1- The cost is the factor which plays important role in the business. There are 2 types of cost in the business such as variable cost, which is not fixed and we can easily alter them and second is the fixed cost that is fixed beforehand and we can alter that cost in the business.
2- Scope is set when business is going to start or planning of the business is going to start. Scope refers to purpose or motive of doing project. It can be change or alter easily during the business.
3- Time is very crucial part of our daily life also. It help to complete the project at given standard time. The time is alloted with the estimate work. Plan schedule management leads to success in the business.
