Summary of experience/ Relevance to ethics in business:
Talking about the experience, one might get a lot of experience while attending such workshops or community based events. These are really helpful and get you a lot of chunk in your profile. Some important things I experienced are having leadership qualities, or being polite and sweet in your approach is important. Being a political leader myself, having leadership quality is important because you’ve got to speak and get things done by people while being polite. It helps you get your work done. It also helps us to make good impact on other people of your industry (Economy as a whole in this case). Apart from the experience you get of attending such things, you get knowledge while being interacting with other people interested in the same field.
Talking about GDP of an economy, or judging a country on their total performance, all these things require that you are intellectual and smart enough to cope up with the conversations. Not everybody can just understand everything in a single track. And if you are, then the ethic that is required in the business is what you have it already. These things do really improve the level of your personal efficiency and experience obviously.
