The ethical way to communicate student progress data includes the formation of the National Association of Elementary school principals council to lay foundations and objectives for imparting better education to children in schools.There can be initiative to start publication of journals, organization of workshops, demonstrations, models and initiative for online learning of school children to build their moral attitude and develop their mental aptitude, precision and confidence to face various situations in life. The progress data of the students in school is published in the form of journals in the publication house. The institute of education sciences has set rules and recommendations for building foundation of students for building their career and achieving the desired goals in the society.Various data base systems should be created with analysis of the cultural, ethical and family background of the student to build the education and career of the students in schools. This initiative should be taken by principal and teachers in schools.

Teachers should prepare data concerning the students regarding class tests, assessments , class-quiz, final exams and other extra-curricular activities with extra emphasis on the complete development of the child in school. The teachers should take interest in teaching students as well as developing their mental aptitude and their view towards life and career. Teacher should identify the strength and weakness of students in school and design their class curriculum according to the performance of the students in classroom. They should communicate with the students and analyze the obstructions and barriers which the students are facing in their career. The collaborations with various learning educational foundations, online foundation courses, principal and teacher ethical committees helps in solving the hurdles which student face in their curriculum. These organizations should develop modules required for the building of their career and should motivate and orient the students to perform in these exams which are similar to the competitive exams held after their schooling tenure is finished.
