Leadership is the word which signifies itself and which stands for “leader”. How to become a leader? What are the potential to be a leader? When this entire question arises first you have to see within yourself are you in the state of mind to become a leader? Have you sorted out your inner problems or are you still coping with it. Firstly to become a leader you have to stand for yourself and solve your own personal problems without becoming free nothing is possible. Search the root of the problem and then find its solution it’s not as easy as it seems but you have to do so as to guide and encourage other person it will not only help you in your carrier but will also help in personal development like accessing new thoughts, be energetic with self confidence all the time. A leader cannot think about himself all the time because it’s not always “me” but “we” a team need a cooperation of both leader and employee without anyone of them none is important both employees and leader are dependent upon each other. A group of good expressive and workable employee can input a good amount of work in the project with a proper guidance of the leader so both maintain a balance among each other. These types of criteria are mostly fulfilled by mba students because after completion of their studies they are put in box with a leader and a project in put forwarded in front of them where their team work only can help them to complete the given project. It is always interesting to see how employees come with all new set of ideas and enrol them in work place. Mba person has to deal with company’s little to much bigger problems and finds ways to solve them. They have to deal with the employees and seek help from their employee as well to look after companies ups and downs. Another important factor which comes within this arena is self-assessments which are useful for several reasons. They show managers how employees ponder of themselves in terms of their role in the organization. It also shows the relation between employees and managers communicating among themselves each and every day, if an employee's self-assessment differs from a manager's vision, there might be a deviation. It allows employees to offer feedback to the manager about their ideas to improve the workplace. Modern employees are motivated immanently charged up by the ability to work independently, and by opportunities to learn and grow.
