Best communicator:
Asking for clarification: some people may have more hesitant to ask information.thinking that if they haven’t understood it yet is their fault. The best thing to do is to ask for clarification. You should always do this if more clarification is needed. You will save a lot more time by finding out exactly what is expected of you before you start to work on it
Listening well:
Good communication is definitely not a one way street. Promoting good communication within your business will have positive effects. Your team will know exactly what they have to do and when it has to be done for. Not only does it help from a productivity and efficiency standpoint but due to this the team can avoid working against impending deadlines avoid the stress that comes with that, stop being reactive and start working proactive
Positivity and empathy:
Nobody can be positive all the time but providing positive reinforcement as well as including positive elements of feedback along with criticisms is a good tactic. Different people respond differently to the same situation. You will be more receptive to a positive attitude than a negative one.
Worst communicator:
The walk off: It is rare that a single episode can land someone on the worst list. Walking from the stage shows a worst Communicator. You can never blame the TelePrompTer. Familiarise yourself enough with the focus of the message and the key points to support it.
Constantly interrupting:
we want to be listened to. When people tend to jump in and interrupt or even worse, try to complete people’s sentences for them. Contact interjections are not a way to show your level of engagement. But they really make you controversial bulldozer
Private speaking:
We emphasise that we all are public speakers,whether audience of one or many. In public we have to be very cautious when delivering our private thoughts. Our private comments will be heard and judged by the third person who hears it and to their own travail
