GLOBAL INEQUALITY

Inequality is a kind of social division ranging in various level of society. Inequality can be economicall, socially, racially etc. Inequality is one of the main sources of conflict in the society. According to Marx, inequality is the main source of class conflict and there are many social divisions in the society and the class conflict is the main problem in the society. No country is free from inequality. Therefore it is a global issue.

Inequality in a democratic country appears due to capitalism and inequal distribution of natural resources. There are capitalists and the poorest sections in such coutries. Thousands of people suffer from the lack of food and shelter. Economic says that if money is rolled in the market then there would be rapid development. But in the democratic countries money is centred to a few people. Such inequality can never be good to a state. Marx says aboutbsocialism and thinks that there should not be such tendency to encourage the capitalists.

Inequality also appears in respect of religion. There are class divisions in respect of religions. In the Christian dominated states minority people suffer from inequality. They are not provided all the facilities. Similarly in the Islamic culture other religions are deprived. Such inequality leads to the communal riots. Many lives have been lost due to communal riots.

Inequality also appears in respect of color. The history of America tells us how the African Americans would be deprived of common beeds and rihhts. Even they would not be considered as human beings. Tbey would be tortured in various ways by the white people. They had no human rights.

Inequality is an example of inhumanity. It reduces the human value. The man power of a state is damaged for inequality. It hampees in the communal harmony. It also weakens the strength and power of a bation. Only inequality may cause the split of a country. With inequality we face many problems in our daily life. With the advancement of civilization education is also spreading. So, we should realize the bad aspects of inequality. We must maintain harmony.
