1. Three environmental impacts of "ebola" disease on medical industry are:
A. A large number of people are affected due to the disease and are continuing to get affected as well due to the disease. This creates environmental impact for the medical industry as well.
B. The disease also affects medical workers, nurses and doctors if they come in direct contact with Ebola patients leading to a large spread of disease in a short span of time.
C. Shortage of medical equipments and resources to combat the disease shall be there if the disease spreads at a faster pace since there is a limitation on the resources available in the medical industry for treatment of disease
2. Below are the implementation steps to manage impacts of Ebola crisis:
A. Planning: Planning stage involves strategizing and making policies to control the spread of Ebola disease and manage it's impacts as well.
B. Organizing: In this stage, all the resources and manpower are organized and plan is formulated to control the spread. People are made aware of their roles and responsibilities to tackle the disease as well.
C. Leading: In this stage, execution of the plan is done and the teams are displaced to different places to lead the operation to control the spread of disease and manage it as well.
D. Controlling: This is the last stage in which the disease is controlled and is not further spread to other people. Plans are made to tackle the re-emergence of this disease and prevent its spread again.
