Qualitative analysis is one of the most important type of reasons you should be carried out on a frequent bases for an organisation. Analysis is usually carried out at a very wide scale which include multiple experts. Multiple value of the same terms are recorded which incorporates multiple expert as well. Multiple factors including personal interviews and other form of data collections usually have incorporation of different opinions of multiple analyst.

Graphical representation of data provides easy understanding to the Employees and it makes it much easier to convey the message as well as exchanging information in the visual format. Rather than providing analytical data which is complex and hard to understand , visual data is issued to easily create an impactful approach of teaching employees about the specific data. In this kind of method, evaluation is much easier than the analytical method as it provides easy and more intuitive way to analyse the data.
