Hydro Quebecs Hydro quebec is into distributing electricity across Quebec in Canada. Its mission is to give electricity power service with best quality. And have also contributed towards the environment by low carbon emission and Vision was to be able to distribute Electricity power to networks by automation.

Five principles which is followed by the company and help them to shape themselves for the commitments given by them to the community and customers are

• Discretion
• Loyalty
• Integrity

The company has set high standards for their services and maintained a disciplined behaviour to carry forward the professional work. Any project which is taken by the company has a huge contribution towards the society and the company stake holders. For example they have joined hands with the Indigenous community by helping them to come up with measures to develop mitigation and come up with inventories which are environmental friendly.

In addition they have come up with plans which is adding up to reach there vision by increasing offerings and improving experience of there customer. They are working on four objectives

• To reduce GHG emission in their market
• Economic development
• Keeping a bench mark
• Work on their net income
