- Feedback
Feedback is one of the most constructive and vital tool of interpersonal development. Not only for individuals but also for any organization, feedback is vital for growth. Feedback is the process of collecting back the views and thoughts about oneself from the audience, participants, observers, clients, customers or can be anyone. The feedback is tool to improvise the earlier mistakes and shortcomings in our upcoming or next actions. A feedback can be either positive or negative, but it is important to collect feedbacks. The positive feedback helps individuals or any organization to be confident about their decisions and actions. The negative feedback helps the individuals or any organization to take constructive steps towards improvement and strategize their future decisions and actions accordingly. The feedback creates potential among others a window to learn, improvise, be confident and determined towards their actions.


- Task Complexity
Task complexity is the level of difficulty associated with any job or task. It is the level of skills or knowledge required to complete the task. It defines the roles and expertise requirements of any task. It is important to understand the task complexity because choosing the right fit for any task and its competencies is heavily dependent upon the level and requirement of the task. The task complexity may also define the requirement of no. of people to fulfill a task completion requirement or for a task to be efficiently completed.


- Goal Commitment
The goal commitment is the determination towards the achievement of goal with reference to the time frame. It is the dedication of a person or motivation towards specific goal achievement. It requires goal setting, time frame, activity plans, the achievement of small milestones, tracking the activities and being disciplined towards the determination, and finally achievement and acceptance of goal. The goal commitment is the incentive towards the achievement of the goal or a faith that he/she is capable enough to complete the journey of achieving the goal.
