(I have posted this question three times without any answer! please answer it. I really need the answer)
Using openERP open-source (Odoo 10) systems, you will have to build HR & Finance business processes into the system.
You will have to build ( a University or any company of your choosing) HR business processes using one of the tool you found interesting.

The Open Source ERP tool that we have chosen is Odoo :
HR System
We have built an HR recruitment tool for our business firm which is an E-Commerce company called as Student57 which is an educational resources company which creates online educational content. The company has started recruiting people to expand its operations across Asia . For that the company has taken the help of the Online Tool called as Odoo to use their Recruitment Module in its ERP tools .
Here the company has created personal ID's ( Email ID ) on which the interested individuals can send their requests for appointments and jobs .
The company has decided to hire on 4 job profiles :
1. Manager
2. Content Creator
3. Marketing Executive
4. Sales Executive

The company can track the number of applications received on the particular JOB ID for which an unique email-id is given. And the number of positions are also mentioned on each job ID .
The company has already hired the manager on the reference basis and has closed the position .

Upon clicking we see various tabs like star rating , first interview , second interview etc
On the basis of the above scenario and example we can carry out all the HR recruitment related activities .
Improvements :
The system can add more rubrics related to the previous experience so that it is easier for the recruiter to filter the profiles .
Business Rules :
The individual can only send an email if they have the details related to the Job ID which is shared only on reference basis currently .
Also an employee has to enter their previous salary in order to proceed for the consideration process further.
Finance Operations ( Invoicing )
We have created an invoicing template ERP on Odoo where in we can create and send invoices to clients . The sample template is shown below :
Business Rules :
As we can see we can add various details related to the invoice and sale made such as customer name , reference , bill amount , the payments references such as bank account details , shipping dates etc which are necessary details for an invoice .
Improvements :
The Tools can incorporate the CRM integration where in the firm can access the CRM details to take an insight whether any leads are generated for any of the clients whose invoice is being generated so that appropriate discounts can be given to the clients . This cross tool integration can be facilitated .
