Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the Verizon network service which my company has availed two weeks ago.
My name is Aleena Maria, CEO of Matrick Pvt ltd, New York. Last week upon your executive's flowery presentation took the Verizon data connection for all my employees as we the work is being done sitting home due to the COVID-19. It was good for the first few days and then it is acting weird and our work got affected. Sixteen of the data sims were not at all working. I tried calling the executives and the supervisors and the behavior was not well organized. They did apologize, but never took the initiative to help me to solve.
If the issue was addressed properly, then I would have got an exchange for the defective ones. Since the issue was not been addressed and the difficulties I had to face were really unbearable. I am extremely despleased the way your company dealt with me. At this stage, I claim for a full refund for all the 450 sims I bought. Kindly fasten up the processes and let me know if I need to do anything from my end to initiate it.
