Every employee of the organisation has some legal and and ethical responsibities towards their organisation. Here in this case the Senior Manager commited legal and ethical issues by helping the project manager of CCTV Trading Company. He breached the following below mentioned ethics:

  • breach of loyalty towards organisation
  • carelessness in performing duties with proper care and diligence
  • He must have accounted for all the money or property received which he did not
  • He misused the confidential infrmation of the Company
  • Lack of Integrity was there on his part

Private sector is faced with numerous ethcal and legal issues on daly basis. lack of ethics in an organisation leads to structural disappointment, dteriorating clint relationship and loss of created reputation. Therefore to avoid becoming prey to the things that lead to deterioration of business ethics especially in legal circumstances these are applicable to all organisations.
