After the arrival of technology the learning environment is changing. Students now have more options to learn new things than they ever have. They can learn when it is convenient for them, at anyplace and at anytime. It allows students to develop critical thinking skills and help them to express their ideas creatively. Technology also enables learners to accommodate the three main learning styles: Visual, audio and kinesthetic. Students use technology to easily access research tools while teachers use technology to enhance the impact of their lessons. Technology extended the learning area and improves the learning process.

Limitations of MOOCS are as follows-

2. Lack of accreditation- some MOOCS are not officially accredited
3. Lack of face to face interaction
4. A lack of depth- generally MOOCs are completed in short time period, so it is difficult for students to go in depth about the topic
5. It is easier to give up on- most students drop courses in the middle because of other commitment they have in personal.
