Negligence per se doctrine means an act is considered as negligent because it violates statute.Commercial building required to have non skid material on steps. And it had not followed the same. Then it will be liable to say that Negligence per se doctrine will apply. The fact that visitor is falls on step on wet day will not affect the statute.
