This world belongs to everyone who lives here but human beings drew lines around them and called them that were their borders and no one else should get in there. They also controlled the resources within that land and when there was resource scarcity, they fought with each other and with other groups outside their borders. With the advent of industrial revolution, sea routes, transportation etc. big players in the market and economy started exploiting others both for resources and manpower. This has caused confusion and chaos in the world because it has made the entire ecosystem and environment get polluted. Water scarcity, energy scarcity, raw material scarcity, pollution etc. has taken the earth by surprise that it struggles for its survival. So, I think that a sustainable environment should be a goal of the world's societies in order to maintain the equilibrium of the earth and to leave the earth a better place to live for the future generations.

One of the major issue today is saving water thus saving the environment. Building dams without damaging the ecosystem is really important. Saving water will not only provide water throughout the year but also increase ground water level and provide water for the flora and fauna.

The next big issue is using renewable energy sources thus not polluting the environment with the excessive greenhouse gases. All the households should use solar energy because the sun is available throughout the year for free of cost.

Eliminating the use of plastic should be one of the serious steps that all the countries should take up. We could use environment friendly materials such as paper bags made from recycled material.

Industrial pollution, vehicle pollution etc. cause great trouble to everyone on the earth. So, reducing air, water and noise pollution will help create a sustainable environment.
