Effect of pH

1. Tube 1 had the highest bubble column height as the enzyme works in low pH in acidic condition not in alkaline condition which were in tube 2 and 3.

2. These tubes(2&3) have neutral and alkaline pH whereas the enzyme show its better activity at low pH.

EFFECT OF ENZYME CONCENTRATION AND TIME
1. The more the concentration of enzymes more compactly they Will be present providing more nom of active sites.More the time will result in higher no. Of product formation.
2. If unlimited time was allotted to both the tubes the results will never be the same as the concentration differ in both the tubes. The enzyme activity will ne reduced in tube 1 first than the second one.

Errors

1. On neutral pH there is no activity visualize but it should have show some bubble height.

2. At 1 ml conc. After 2 minutes bubble column height decrease by 5 but at 3 ml conc. The bubble column height doubled up from 12 to 24mm.
