Decision making is the effective process in which out of all the available alternatives, the most strategic option is being chosen towards any problem solving area and that becomes your decision to solve that problem.
1. Advice can be refered as the recommendations or the guidance we provide to people in regard for the future action that will be caused by the decision that would be taken.
The example of advice in the decision making process would be the time I remember my manager asked my advice whether to order plastic for the packaging material is a good choice or not. As seeing the governmental concerns over plastic all around the world as plastic is banned, I adviced my manager to to choose paper over plastic in the packaging process as it would be a more effective idea in the eyes of the government and society.
2. Feedback refers to the reactions about information you give towards any product or performance or communication etc which can be used as a basis for improvement and judgement for the decision making task.
The example of feedback in the decision making process would be the time my manager after selecting the paper as a packaging material for our organisation asked about the feedback from various customers regarding what they think of this new approach. Did they liked it or not, or what else could be done to make our organisation serve you better. This is a feedback approach as the customers would use and provide if they liked the packaging or not for further decisions that paper packaging should be continued or not.
3. Support means the act of showing that yes you believe in something and someone actions and the information that is being provided to you by them and you give assisstance towards it.
The example of support in the decision making process would be when the manager continuing the paper packaging system as the integral part for the packaging system passed this action in front of the government regulations to provide the organisation with the necessary goods to produce the same material for packaging. The government authorities liked the idea of paper packaging and supporter this idea for the decision making process as this idea would reduce the waste and plastic which is good for the society only. And thus, by supporting, the authorities provided with effective funds.
