Communication and decision making slows the agility of the organization and exploits the employee engagement. In the current scenario, many people are leaving the organization just as to escape from the unmanageable collaborative demands and the network overload. A holistic and rich perspective have been witnessed on the way the employees experience and address collaborative overload. As in real, the current working patterns are considered as unsustainable which leads to collaborative overload. Collaborative overload take into action on the process of decision making on the basis of beliefs and values, behavioral practices, cognitive practices and structural practices.

2. Managers uses collaboration tools and modes as its been easier for the managers to understand on how all the employees work, mainly on the situation when they work together. Managers uses their employee collaboration ideas and understand what kind of space they are upto. Some can have a lot of potential with their ideas and goals and some may not have it. On this way, the managers can decide who will be the good performer and has the best idea for the organization. Team work have been promoted to understand if work is done efficiently or not.

The main part of innovation is the formation of creativity, the selection of the ideas that involve a clean evaluation, implementation of the ideas. Collaborative teamwork and the team based creativity dominates most of the companies in the world in public and in private to help accomplish the organizational goals and activities.

Collaboration overload can be considered as the key for innovation and creativity, as indeed it helps to increase the chances of combinations for the ideas which inturn results in an innovative and creative product. It also helps in creating employee engagement as the team can have a position and can get involved with the creative process.

Though the organization's team performance shows a strong bursty behavior, long term collaboration overload doesnot help innovation and creativity in a significant manner. If collaboration overload is being made into practice for a continuous period of time, it might create a negative impact on innovation and creativity as there wont get a space for the creativity and innovation to get flourish.

There is no kind of theories on solving the problems in the company but the authority can solve this problems by redistributing the responsibilities for collaboration and by rewarding effective contributions. Any kind of effort to increase the organization collaborative efficiency should get initiated with an understanding of supply and demand. The idea is to identify the people most at risk for the collaborative overload. It can be done through encouraging behavioral change, technology and physical space and structural changes. Rewarding for the effective contributions to the employees can also solve those problems to some extent.
