Subjective criteria Stereotyping Just cause Ethical responsibility

It is recommended that union organizations use major approaches to discipline that include the elements of advance warning, consistency, and impersonality. This is otherwise make the situation worse for people.

Employment-at-will : The right of an employer to the employee without giving a reason and right of employee is to quit when they wan to chosse

The three major common law exceptions are public policy, implied contract, and implied covenant of good faith. This also includes the wrongful discharge of an employee by employer by refusal commit an act or wronf dealing of employee at his end.

Just cause : Misconduct of an employee, or some other event relevant to the employee, which justifies the immediate termination of the employment contract.

A sufficient reason to terminate an employment contract immediately and for which, no notice or severance pay is due to the employee

It may cause due to sick leave or negligence of an complyee during his tenure. Just in case people get in into an awful argument this may cause a serious retardation of employee from his job.

Hot Stove Rule : This approach of rule can be compared with a hot stove in that it givres warning, effective immediately and enforce directlly which applies to all employees in an impersonal and unbiased way.

This can include if rules are fair and reasonable.
Rules been communicated to all so they are aware about it.
Did they get any prior warning.

Fair Treatment : In most jurisdication fair treatment should be given to all in an organization but sometimes it is seen by multiple employees that privileges are given to some people depending upon favouritism which cause the breakage of law and it may cause an awaful act which breaks the law.

People should be treated equally basis upon their performnace and work.

If any of the worker is getting neglected upon their case, religion that should not be tolerated and action should be taken at that time only.

Morgan did the same with the railroads, so the Sherman Antitrust (kind of like anti-monopoly) Act was created in 1890, and then the Clayton Act in 1915 came along to close up loopholes. Now give me a normative argument: if I create something new, shouldn't I get to make monster profits on it? Isn't Zuckerberg a...
