Expert Solution

Ans- Yes, companies should be doing more to make the world a better place because when the world is a better place to live in then a company will feel good to do their business in such an environment. For making the world a better place a company can do so many things as for e.g we can see that when every child is educated than there will be no illiterate people and they will not do things which may harm the earth and this can happen when companies do their bit to serve the children in every possible way especially to those who cannot afford a good education. Companies could train them, provide them free education and make them a responsible citizen of that country where they reside so that when they grow up they too help other people in their need and do everything whatever will be possible for them to make the world a better place. Moreover, when a company is engaged in making the world a better place then the society, the people like that company very much and always purchase goods from that company and thus a company can survive in the long run without any difficulty. The employees who are engaged with such companies feel proud among themselves and they too become responsible in their acts by looking at their leaders thus spreading a positive impact in their communities. Also, they put their best in whatever they do in the company and thus the productivity level of that company goes up and quality work is done always which helps the company to earn name and fame amongst all. Therefore a company should do more and more to make the world a better place.
