C Corporations-
C Corporations are the corprations in the United States that has Separate legal entity, which means that they are treated separate from them owners (i.e the shareholders). C Corporations being treated separately are also taxed separately from their owners which is not the case in S Corporations.
Publicly Traded Corporations-
A publicly traded corporation is a company whose shares are listed in any stock exchange. The ownership (shares) of this company can be purchased or sold by anyone by paying or receiving the current share price. A publicly traded company has to comply with various rules and regulations of that country as well as stock exchange which is not there in private company,
Proprietorship-
Proprietorship (also known as sole proprietorship) is a form of business which is owned managed and controlled by a single person. There is sole owner of the business who bears all the risk of losses and all the gains from business are earned by him. Proprietors have unlimited liability and their personal assets can also be sold out to pay off the debts of the business This is the most famous form of business throughout the world.
Who has a proprietorship’s type of liability in a partnership-
In a partnership form of business (other than Limited liability partnership), the liability of all the partners is unlimited just as in case of Sole proprietorship business. However, in case of LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), all the partners are liable to limited extent.
