We are allowed to provide the solution to 4 parts of a given question, please don't downvote the answer for that reason.
1.At work, I prefer a formal yet easier channel to communicate. this is why I prefer Email conversations over other forms of communication. It can be both formal or informal and allows the ease of being able to communicate from anywhere in the world, using any device.
2. a phone call would be better in the workplace setting when a decision needs to be delivered to an employee from the upper management in a bureaucracy. This is due to the reason that this channel needs to be private and telephone lines provide that option. as well as, management sometimes tries to not be directly involved when laying off an employee, in this case, they prefer a phone call.
3. texting and I'm can be valuable in any business settings. it is an informal channel of communication but it allows the workers to be able to contact each other easily. It can have enforced policies but companies generally allow it in the view of the easier facilitation of communication in the general sense and therefore in some businesses, text messaging is considered much more important than other forms of communication.
4. My personal communication style can be best described as formal. I am most comfortable with this method of communication>< there are ground rules in place, -people know what they are and are not supposed to speak. people, however, prefer informal communication style, which I have no objection with.It is just that formal communication allows me an outlet where I can represent myself completely without having to consider the decision between the choice of correct language form and "EMOJI"
