The project standup areas are the places where the project stand up meeting or Daily Scrum takes place. The main objective of this place is to facilitate a certain location where the everyday meeting or scrum can take place in order to communicate about the possible issues faced in the project, overcoming the chances of other meetings, looking for the areas that obstacle the development of the project, facilitating faster decision making and to enhance the knowledge level of the project team members.

The individuals who must be the part of these meetings are the members of the project development team who are having the responsibility of getting the project done at the right pace and place. Apart from these team members, the product owner, scrum master or any other stakeholder who is important, may also be the part of these meeting just as an observer but in the general case, nothing has to be done by these people unless it is important for the project team,

The typical time period of such meeting is from 5 min to 15 min and it is conducted while standing

Red flag can be seen as a situation that acts as a warning or indicator of the possible problem to be encountered by the project team in the project development activities. The main objective of red flag review in the project is to find out the various areas, activities, and tasks which can impose serious threats and risks to the project and thus causing the project to derail from the planned activities.
