Answer is TRUE. Concept is an image of the specific and well defined aspect of an event of interest that reflects the observations, feelings, or ideas. Muliple questions related a concept will enhance validity of the concept. For example, child labor, and Alcohol abuse are the concepts. To understand the meaning of child labour as a measurable observations, we need to have multiple questions to make it better understood.
Answer is Scale. Scale or index is used to measure the average of the responses to the multiple questions related to the concepts. Scale gives the difference of intensity in the responses to an questionaire very clearly.
Answer is False. Face validity measures the actual number of drinks a person consumed as an indicator of alcohol abuse. The observation here is not a face validity. Face validity is related to the quantifiable number of drinks that drive the people to behave as said in the statement.
