ORGANISATION
An Organisation is an entity which comprises of multiple people, such as institution or association that has a particular purpose. It should include information that will help interested external candidates better access their fit with the organisation and better understand the organisational goals and objectives.
CHARACTERSTICS OF AN ORGANISATION:
CREATIVE CLIMATE
A climate can be seen as various aspects of the physological atmosphere in a team and surrounding organizational environment.
Significance components of the creative climate:
1. CHALLENGE: Creative tasks and challenges are the important components. Making the work challenging means designing jobs that are demanding, complex and interesting.
2. FLEXIBILITY AND RISK TAKING: A basic reality of creative endeavours is that they are inherently uncertain. Often there is no valid information that ensures that an idea or innovation is guranteed to succeed. Even a creative idea itself may not be practical enough to be realized into new product.
3. TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORT: When top management supports, encouages innovation.
4. INTELLECTUAL STIMULATION: It means encouraging open and honest debate and discussion of ideas.
5. POSITIVE INTERPERSONAL COHESION: Creativity flurishes where employess perceive a sense of togetherness and cohesion and an absence of emotional conflict.
6. TRUST AND SAFETY: Transparency doesn't necessarily mean telling everyone everything, but it does mean being as open as possible with employees.
7. MISSION CLARITY: It is the critical aspect of creative climate that can be highly influenced by the leader. It is to make clear strategic decisions that set the context of innovation.
8. RESOURCES: Just as Innovation a risky endeavour, it can also be costly. Innovators need to perceive that the organization is willing to invest the time and money necessary to support innovation and implementation of these efforts.
CREATIVITY ASSESSMENT

6. DYNAMISM: Alongside a motivated and empowered organisation, a harder edge is needed that drives forward towards success.
7. ENERGY: Buzz and energy incudes the formal management and informal social leaders.
8. CONFLICTS: Personal and emotional tension, Conflict high.
9. DEBATES: Discussion of opposing opinions and sharing diversity. Many different points of view are shared here during discussion.
10. OPENNESS: When a level of trust, individuals an be open and frank with each other.
