Answer to this question can not provided keeping all the MNC’s in a same scope. However, we we talk about the MNC which are home originated can certainly be considered for the operate with the same wages and working conditions as those in the MNCs home country. However, the foreign originated MNC should be allowed to operate in line with their ethical & organization conduct & should not be forced upon them. Talking about the concept of relativist ethical framework, both home and host MNC’s expect to cater to the universal approach with respect to wages and working culture in a quite overwhelming manner. In the today’s global market place there have been several ethical dilemma have been witnessed towards these multinational corporations. Hence the final decision which has to be made, becomes very much challenging considering the ethical challenges in the home country are mostly on quite higher side as compared to the foreign originated Multinational Corporations.
