Accountabiltiy policies are implemented for the teachers, students, and school as a whole to be answerable.Any one of them can be held responsible for any mis happening or failure . The Educational policies are always playing a very important role in the upliftment of Education system an dproducing goo leaders .

Let us pick NO Child Left behind (NCLB ) Act  

NCLB"s Effects on schools

• Pros- By NCLB student achievement which is as measured by state tests was raising

cons- Although it always reamain  unclear whether the number of proficient students was as large as the it been projected

• Pros- By the implementation of NCLB act there were curricular changes, including more time on tested subjects and  cons- It allows less time on non-tested subjects;
• Pros -by NCLB the schools who were labeled “needing improvement” had leveled off to about 10 percent a year

Cons- but not the same schools each year;it means improvement is significant

• Pros -Good progress is observed at meeting teacher qualification requirements,

Cons-but it does not guarantee and educators were not sure that would improve classroom instruction;
