Ans - Option to select a video in Net-fast can be done by check boxes, radio buttons, binary button or even with grid menu option. Each of them works well when used correctly. Check boxes are used when there are list of videos and the user wants to select one or more video at a time. Using radio or binary button, the user can only select one video from the list of videos at a time which can be a limitation if used. Grid menu shows you all the list of videos together and the user can select multiple videos just like in Netflix or Amazon Prime videos. Thus for the Net-fast, radio or binary option can be avoided.

Now from checkbox or grid, considering the user experience and modern trend, grid menu style seems to be the most useful option that can be used to select multiple genres of video types which can be included in the users favorite list.

Ans - To elevate the performance for frequent users, Net-fast can look to bring in analytics based personalized search by keying in proper algorithm for the users. Based upon their past selections, video contents toggle, genres, types of subscription etc., the company can look to show them videos which are more relevant to them which would increase their experience and also improve the performance from the system level.
