Race is one of the most important evil social design that is invented by the Europeans to dominate others in the world. Thus, race is a social construct which is embedded in their values because they wanted to project white skin, Christianity and their intelligence that’s tied to technology as superior. This led them to hate all the other people of color, religion, culture etc. This would mean that they were not able to digest the fact that everyone in the world is equal and that they should stand equal to others. This made them invent the term race and it in return helped them to invent slavery and other oppressions that followed. They invented race because they were insecure about accepting others and it’s not basically their superiority complex which only brought out their ignorance. Although the American constitution suggests that all human beings are created equal by god and that they deserve their natural rights, it was true only for the whites and not for others.

1. When you think about it, putting a regression model together is really not that difficult. After all, I assume if you are doing that you would have a feel for the process you are modeling and the variables to choose for the model. But the real question is "is the model any good"? Here is where measures of validity and reliability come into play. How do we measure validity in a regression model?

I really need to know for my own curiosity. When talking about Black Holes, the bigger ones are said to make anything crossing the event horizon start to stretch. They call this process spaghettification I believe. SO, My question is how can a human stretch by this definition? We obviously are not stretchy matter, so is the gravity simply so strong we molecularly change? Or do we rip into millions of small pieces enough to create this noodle effect? If...

For this discussion I'd like you to think about when you might have been able to prepare and analyze variances in the past. While you probably haven't had experience developing standards for materials and labor and comparing with actual to compute variances, you have all encountered situations where you had to spend more or less than you expected (we will use this as standard) or where efficiencies and usage was more or less than planned.
