b. When measuring with another muline, it was measured as n = 22 when V = 1.94 m/s and n = 28 when V = 2.14 m/s. Determine coefficients of muline and equation of velocity. In a measurement made with this muline, calculate the flow rate according to making 35 rotations to the muline in 55 seconds.
