Nowadays the health care services are based on the efficiency of
the individuals. If you are able to pay a high cost for the medical
expenses then you have the right to survive.
It is true to say that Healthcare services invite moral hazard and
free riding.
the moral hazard simply means not to think about humanity just to
think about the revenue.
it is not a free service to the individuals for the needy
person.

because it creates a discriminating situation for Poor and for
rich, basically this profession belongs to a moral value-based
professional but nowadays the system is based on the moral hazard
system where the death rate of individuals is high in comparison to
the cost of bearable person that is called as the rich class of the
society.
Freeriding problems are basically those problems where we can take
the advantages on the other expenses means one person bear all the
cost and the other person is in the benefit of the cost so this is
the only reason why the health organisations are forcing the
free-riding problems in the Healthcare system where everyone is
bearing the cost and only a few peoples are there to take the
extensive advantages of this cost.
It is the fundamental and the basic requirement and the
responsibility of the government to provide basic healthcare
services to the citizens and the majority of the population for the
quality of living in society
