The schools should understand the basic principles such as the technology should be used to develop the knowledge of core content and at the same time should support the innovative teaching and learning by having research-based ways and apply practical aspects. The technology should help to have a robust education support system which helps to develop the instructional and management competencies. The schools can provide learning opportunities to their student such as -

-          Supporting the core subjects learning through video conferencing where the reach of a teacher is difficult

-          Build skills and knowledge through online collaboration

-          Provide features of instant messaging to learn through chatting with teacher or educators

-          Offering wireless laptops (if possible)

The schools can achieve more by building the core content understanding more conceptual, address any fallacies, fostering more exploratory work, how to apply knowledge to inter disciplinary issues, have different instructor to have various needs of the students, offering distance learnings, also introduce a new education model to work with learners and teachers.
