Why Might Restaurants be Considered Safe During the Current National Pandemic?

Stephan Logan, M. Sc., Indigo Instruments, Modern Resource Management, wrote on March 10, 2000 that:

"There may be a threat to the restaurant industry (during the national pandemic) but in reality, they are the safest places other than your own kitchen."

Based on what was conveyed in the Webinar, would you agree with this statement? Why or Why Not?

In the national pandamic due to covid-19 the resturant business is very much affected due to lockdown all resturants must have to be closed.so it's a huge loss for the resturants and after lifting lockdown individuals are hesitate to go to resturant as tgey thinks it's not safe in this pandamic situation.based kn this situation webiner conveyed the above quotes where he described restaurant as the safest place than anyone's home kitchen.but i think it is partially true not fully.maybe to cook in home you have to go to market to borrow vegetables,groceries and other essential things and in current situation goto market place is not safe as there gather a lot of people and the covid-19 can transmit through air and close contact but in market places it can't be avoid of close contact.and after back from market places you can't disinfect your whole house as then if you have to do it regularly and it is quite impossible.so your kitchen is unsafe in that's manner.

But in case of resturant as they are looking for safety for the customers' and also employees' so they can take health measures and precautions like sanitizing very often,using gloves at the time of serve and many others to protect from this pandamic.and if their any employee caught by covid-19 then the resturant must have to close for at least 14-21days which can be huge loss for the owner.so to avoid that huge loss they are more strict and sincere in safety measures which we can't do at home that seriously.in this sense resturants are safe than anyone's home kitchen.

But this statement is not true for all the times.as to serve foods the resturant employee must have to go market place to bring vegetables and other essential things.although they can order bulk amount through online for this they doesn't want to go any market but most of the resturant are not that large and don't have this facilities available to them.another thing is although in the resturant all maintain safety distances but outside of the resturant there can be a rush to enter into it and where the safe distance are not maintined by the people.then resturant is not a safe place anymore.we must wear musk to protect from covid-19 but at the time of eating you can't wear musk as it is impossible to eat with wear a musk.so then it can be spread with droplets in between the resturants.so it is not safe anymore.
