  • Practice Managers
  • Office Managers
  • Veterinarian

Apart from these a felxible rosrters staff would be good to apply on the staff members for their efficient working because- the option of working a flexible schedule is directly related to the needs of the company. In practice, this would be allowing work schedules of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Thursday, and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. So that staff members are not overloaded with work and shiftes also enjoy working their and not feel burdened.

Also volunteer worker would be a good idea in order to keep wages going efficiently and not excess in order to maintain inflow and outflow of money in the medical centre.
