1. While a lot of voters do look at what work had been done in past but while voting it is more common to look at prospective voting and what the candidates' views and plans regarding future are,so owing to above reason of futuristic view point,prospective voting is more common.
2. I vote as a prospective voter as one can compare candidates' view point in prospective voting and decide accordingly,moreover I look at what is their vision ,does it match with what I am looking at.
3. Higher economic growth will be a valence issue for me as it is the backbone of nation 's progress.
4. Positional issue for me will be onus on reducing global warming,pollution and making policies nourishing environment as without that future will be bleak.

Advantages would be you get a first mover advantage,you can ask votes on your track record,pro incumbency could be there,you are in people s ' mind and get free advertisement in a way.Disadvantages would be some or other disappointments of sime people ,anti incumbency,you cannot promise a lot as you already are incumbent.
6. Presedential incumbent is more likely to win an election because they are the face of all policies,they are much more hyped and talked about,people prefer stability and a presedential incumbent losing election is much worse for stability than any congressional incumbent losing,add to that the presedential incubent can always promise much mire iwing to position while for congressional candidate it is not at all possible.
